1、了解自己,六大问题映射真实性格 Six questions reflect true character

(3)你性格上最大的优点是什么 What is your greatest strength in character
(4)别人身上有什么特点是你非常欣赏而自己却不喜欢的 What characteristics do you admire so much in others that you don't
(5)你性格中的什么特质总是让你陷入麻烦 What trait in your personality has always gotten you into trouble
(6)你最不喜欢别人的哪一种性格特征 What personality trait do you particularly dislike in others

如何克服紧张 (0.5小时) How to Overcome nervousness
1、相信自己,不要惊慌,不要太在意别人对你的看法 Trust yourself and don’t be panic, don’t care too much about others’ view on you
2、熟悉一切——材料/会场/PPT/麦克风等 Familiarize yourself with everything --material/meeting place/PPT/microphone etc
3、深呼吸,告诉自己这是最好的 Deep breathe and Tell yourself it's the best in mind thousand times

2、和老板/领导沟通 To Boss/Leader
(1)简单直接,越直接越好,不要绕弯子,老板有丰富的辨别的能力,两点之间,直线最短。
Simple and direct, the more direct the better, do not go around, the boss has a rich ability to distinguish, between two points, the shortest straight line.
(2)不要离领导太远,不要觉得只管做事,不找领导沟通进度 Do not be too far away from the leader, do not feel that you can only do things, do not find the leader to communicate progress
(3)不要让领导做填空题,要做选择题 Do not let the leader to fill in the blank, to do multiple choice questions
(4)同一个错误不要出现两次 Don't make the same mistake twice
(5)领导布置任务时候,重复复述确认任务 When the leader assigns tasks, repeat and confirm the tasks
(6)不要大会上当场挑战领导的权威 Do not challenge the authority of the leader on the spot at the meeting

(1)为什么人要有两个耳朵,两个眼睛,却只有一个嘴巴?
面对客户,更多需要“多听”“多看”“少讲”

(2)客户最重要知道的信息,不是这个产品好不好,是这个产品对他来说,有什么价值?可以提供的价值越高越好,需要支付的费用越低越好

(1)雨露均沾 Eyes take care of everyone
(2)倒三角模型 Inverted triangle model:Two Eyes and nose to and fro
(3)50/70原则 50/70 rules:50% to go,70% to get
(4)2个不要原则 2 Don’t Rules:Don’t be too much over 80%,Don’t be too less than 30%
2、如何练习眼神:How to Practice Eyes Contact
(1)闭眼在缓缓睁眼,缓缓聚焦 Close eyes slowly open eyes, slowly focus
(2)多揣摩情绪,加入情绪在眼神当中 Look for the emotion and put it in your eyes
(3)眼睛配合说话内容的节奏和卡点 The eyes match the rhythm and timing of the speech
(4)眼神要坚定,不能游离,游离给人卑微和猥琐的感觉
The eyes should be firm, can not be away, otherwise give people lowly and indecent feeling
(5)眼神要温和,不能太过生猛,因为会给人威胁和不安
Keep your eyes gentle and not too fierce, as they can be threatening and uncomfortable
(6)眼神不要闪躲,不要忽略 Don't dodge your eyes, don't ignore them
(7)眼神不要向上抬头过高,也不要低头看地上
Don't look too high up, and don't look down at the ground
七、让你的身体说话(0.5小时) Let your body talk
1、擅用肢体语言给演讲加分 Good use of body language
(1)对话=7%语言+30%说话方式+63%身体语言(肢体/眼神/动作/穿着等)
